Sales Manager

The Role
As Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving our sales activities in Australia. Based in Brisbane, you will report to the CEO and work closely with the other business divisions of the company. You will proactively drive our company’s growth in Australia and seek out new business development opportunities nationally. Initially you will be responsible for sales however there will be potential to grow a sales team and expand to other international markets such as Asia and New Zealand.
You will be a driven, ambitious, self-starter with a passion for cloud-based technology and property. You will be excited by the prospects of our company’s disruptive business model and will lead its implementation in the market we service.
Skills & Experience Required
• Strong B2B sales management experience
• Demonstrated delivery of profitable performance and growth
• Exceptional relationship management and negotiations skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of customer service standards
• Excellent organisation and project management skills
• A good understanding of online technology
• Sales of accounting and property management (in particular strata) systems preferable
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience preferably in the IT / Software industry
• Experienced with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experienced at using CRM tools to manage customers and leads
Key Responsibilities
• Build sales database and select appropriate CRM system for the organisation
• Product demonstrations
• Contract negotiations and securing agreements
• Build a team of sales agents and commission-only sales agents nationally
The Benefits
• Base + Super + Commission
• $50K-$60K Base (depending on experience)
• OTE $120K - $130K
• Additional bonuses when annual targets (conservative) exceeded
