The NCTI is the Australian national representative professional association for home owners, community associations, body corporate management practitioners, solicitors, tradespeople, insurers, bankers and other parties involved in the professional, full-time administration of community and strata schemes.

CTIQ – Community Titles Institute of Queensland

The CTIQ is the peak industry body for strata titled management in Queensland. Membership includes body corporate managers, support staff, committee members and suppliers of products and services to the industry.

ISTM – Institute of Strata Title Management (NSW)

The Institute of Strata Title Management Ltd is the peak industry body for Strata Title Management in New South Wales. Its membership is made up of Strata Managers who hold either a license or a certificate of registration, Employees of strata businesses, and suppliers of products & services to the Strata Industry and Owners Corporations.

OCV - Owners Corporations Victoria

OCV is the pre-eminent professional association for the owners corporation industry, and was formed in 1990 (as IBCMV) to provide a forum for improved standards and education in the industry.

CTI SA – Community Titles Institute South Australia

The CTISA is the peak industry body for Strata and Community Titles management operating from South Australia.

STIWA – The Strata Titles Institute of Western Australia (WA)

The Association provides information for members and the public in relation to strata regulations and management of New South Wales represents and advises proprietors and office bearers in both commercial and residential strata schemes.

The Owners Corporation Network of Australia is the peak body representing apartment owners, with most members drawn from Owners Corporations' Executive Committees (ECs) or concerned apartment-owners from larger developments in Sydney.
