Board members, owners and tenants can submit maintenance requests on their MyCommunity web site. The request is routed to the correct maintenance or Management Company immediately. Mystrata can also integrate this system to your back-end FM and Work Order systems.

Is the maintenance request likely to be reported by someone else? Tick a box and the maintenance request is posted on the Community Wall. Now everyone knows that it has been made.
