Owner & Tenant Access

Board members, owners and tenants can access MyCommunity from anywhere any time. Each group has different access permissions based on their role in the community. For example, owners cannot see other owners details. Names, addresses and contact details can be easily hidden. Financial information can be exposed to all owners or just the Board.

One building’s security permissions can be different to another. All in one, simple interface designed specifically for owners, board members and tenants.

Owners can...

• Update their contact details
• Pay their levies/service charges
• View their levy/service charge payment history
• View and download association reports such as minutes & building manuals
• View basic association information such as insurance details and bank balance
• Submit and track maintenance requests
• Communicate with other owners & tenants on the Community Wall
• Create and RSVP to community events
• Search for local attractions via the community’s interactive Google Map
• Upload and comment on community photos
• Upload unit documents such as warranties and user manuals
• View details of suppliers including comments from other owners and tenants
• Easily jump from one property to another they own

Board/Committee Members can... 

• Do everything Owners can do, if they own a property in the community (see above)
• View financial reports such as the P&L, balance sheet, GL and budget
• View service charge / levy arrears details
• Communicate just with other Board members and the community manager
• Easily jump from one property to another they are a Board member in

Tenants can...

• Update their contact details
• View and download some association reports (controlled by the manager)
• View some basic association and building information
• Submit and track maintenance requests (relating to their unit only)
• Communicate with other owners & tenants on the Community Wall
• Create and RSVP to community events
• Search for local attractions via the community’s interactive Google Map
• Upload and comment on community photos
• View some unit documents such as warranties and user manuals
• View details of suppliers including comments from other owners and tenants
